Emma McCune

“My name is Emma McCune; I am excited to join the TERRA NOVA® team as a Sales Representative. I will be working with customers directly in Oregon and Washington to ensure a personalized experience with TERRA NOVA® Nurseries. I’m from Phoenix Arizona, where I received an education in Landscape Horticulture at Mesa Community College.

My horticulture days began when I was 7 in Ralphs Citrus Nursery, getting dropped off by the bus after school and helping my mom water the bedding plants till she was off work. After working in animal shelters and bakeries for multiple years I decided to get back to plants. I picked up a job at Moon Valley Nurseries as a Bedding Plant Specialist. Then, I found a job opportunity to put my Greenhouse Management knowledge to work at a tropical indoor plant wholesale nursery. There I managed a Quonset greenhouse, propagating, growing and maintaining a wholesale stock. We later opened a store front where I taught classes on indoor plant care and bioactive terrarium building, while building relationships with local customers.

In 2023 I moved to Portland and started at a small native plant nursery, where I learned all about plants of the PNW. I am looking forward to meeting customers of TERRA NOVA®, old and new. My goal is to cultivate valuable connections with clients to increase long-term retention while providing exemplary customer care.”

Brad Johnson

“My name is Brad Johnson and my journey to TERRA NOVA® Nurseries has been shaped by 18 years of avid gardening in Northeast Ohio and my experience as a content creator who has trialed many of the plants currently available on the market. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of what both growers and gardeners look for in exceptional plants.

TERRA NOVA® was one of the first plant brands I became familiar with, and I actively sought out their unique and innovative plant selections for my own garden. Because of that, it is especially exciting to now work alongside TERRA NOVA® in promoting their outstanding genetics and introducing gardeners to plants that continue to set the standard within the industry.

Through social media content and meaningful customer interactions, I hope to inspire people to discover the right plants for their gardens while building lasting relationships rooted in trust, education, and shared success. My goal is to help gardeners understand not only what makes TERRA NOVA®’s plants exceptional, but also why they can continue to rely on TERRA NOVA® Nurseries for innovation, quality, and performance year after year.”
