A twist on a classic garden perennial. Bold, evergreen leaves have a cream edged border which turns brilliant shrimp-pink during the winter months. Excellent winter container plant topped with pink flowers in the spring. Color appears on spring and new growth fading to green in late summer. 'Solar Flare' came out of 'Rotblum' which grows as well in the South as in the Northwest.
