Quilled, butter-yellow flowers with lacy-blue foliage put this Coreopsis in a league of its own! This hardy charmer forms wonderful mounds covered with hundreds of flowers all summer! The pleasing soft color of this uniquely shaped flower combines well with the entire garden color palette.
