Here’s a tropical appearing accent plant from the land of the Yeti! In mid summer, this hardy ginger has pink flowers that resemble orchids with a crepe-ruffle. Showy thick, deep red stems support luscious dark leaves with deep red backs. It makes a unusual woodland companion for Trilliums or used as a container specimen.
